Ingredients

  • 5 slices bacon, diced
  • ¼ cup chopped green pepper
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 12 hot dogs (all beef hot dogs are the

    Cook bacon (not crisp) with onion. Stir in pineapple juice, ketchup, chili powder. Score hot dogs, lay in sauce, cover and bring to boil. Add chopped green pepper. Simmer 8-10 minutes. Serve over rice.
