Ingredients

  • 1 lb. baby potatoes (Yukon Golds,
  • 1 jar, Sweet Gherkins, fine diced purple), cooked, diced
  • 4-5 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 5-6 stalks celery, fine diced
  • ½ cup Mayo
  • ½ onion, fine diced
  • ½ cup Miracle Whip

Method

    Chop, dice and slice all ingredients. Combine all in a big bowl and into the fridge. Now go to a BBQ.
