Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 ¾ cup Libby’s pumpkin filling
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Method

    Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl; set aside. Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl until creamy. Beat in pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla. Gradually bet in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
