Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 4 T sugar
  • 4 T soy sauce
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 8 eggs Warm Rice

    Directions: Bring stock to a boil, cook onions in broth until translucent. Meanwhile, grill chicken. Let chicken rest and then slice. Add chicken to broth. In another bowl mix eggs together. Add eggs to soup and stir 2 times. Cover pot and turn heat off.
