Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp lemon oil
  • 1/4 tsp orange oil
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Method

    Beat egg until frothy and add sugar and lemon juice. Cook stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in lemon and orange oil. Cool and fold into whipping cream. (Recipe may be doubled or quadrupled)
