Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • ¾ cup finely chopped walnuts

Method

    Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla thoroughly. Stir in flour and salt. Mix in nuts. Roll dough in 1-inch balls. Place on parchment covered baking sheet. (Can be close together; these do not spread.). Bake 10-12 minutes, or until set but not browned. When still slightly warm, toss in large ziploc bag full of powdered sugar.
