Grilled Salmon with Citrus Sauce, preserved in the Brown Family Cookbook 2020.
01
Ingredients
- 1. Heat grill to medium-high. (I just used my oven). Rub salmon fillets with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and plenty of ground coriander. Seriously - the coriander is THE secret!
- 2. Oil grates on grill. Grill salmon 4-5 minutes per side. (I just baked them skin-side down on foil-lined pan for 10 - 15 min.)
- 3. Meanwhile, in small skillet over high heat, boil 1/2 cup orange juice and 1/4 cup fresh lime juice until reduced to 1/2 cup total, 8-10 min
- 4. Remove from heat and whisk in 2 tsp. sugar, 2 tsp. Dijon mustard, and 2 Tbsp.
- olive oil, salt & pepper. Spoon citrus sauce over salmon to serve.
