French Onion Steak Sandwich, preserved in the Brown Family Cookbook 2020.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 1 T garlic, herb butter
  • 1/2 steak, grilled, medium Caramelized onions
  • 2 slices Gruyere cheese
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Au Jus

Method

    Toast bread and smear with garlic, herb butter. Top with steak and caramelized onions, place Cheese on top and put under a broiler until Melted. Serve with Au Jus and dip! Yum!
