Black & Bleu Wedge, preserved in the Brown Family Cookbook 2020.

Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into quarters
  • Dressing -
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1 cup mayo
  • ¼ red onion, sliced thin
  • ¾ – 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 ½ cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 t onion powder
  • 6 oz. bleu cheese, crumbled
  • 1 T lemon juice Steak, sliced. (Your favorite cut)
  • 1 t Worcestershire Shake or 2 Cayenne pepper
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 2 t sugar Teriyaki Sauce or balsamic

    *Assemble wedge with toppings, dress with Ranch and either teriyaki or balsamic. Yum.
